Iceback Invasion

Frankly weird story about immigration and corruption. It's basically anti-immigration, and reads like the paranoid fantasy of right-wing nuts who wake up trembling at the thought of open borders. It's amazing how little has changed.

To be fair, there's a little twist at the end--the titular invasion doesn't happen, because the Russians would rather become American citizens. Still, weird story.
