In the Maze

A landing party investigating an odd structure vanishes. Kirk & co. beam down to find them. Passing through the door, they find themselves in, perhaps, another dimension. Kirk is in a cage in a room with what seems to be an alien scientist, while Spock and McCoy find themselves in a dangerous, maze-like region, connected by portals. When the alien realizes they are all intelligent, it immediately releases them.
