Insert disk. Type 'cat' to get a catalogue of the disk's contents. If the disk contains bin or bas files, you can probably run one of them with 'run"filename'. No extension necessary for those two.
If the disk contains a file with a .com extension, it'll need CP/M. Type '|cpm'.
