The episode opens with Black Canary enduring a shock, seeing M'Gann wearing her form while fighting–and then kissing–Superboy. She visits her to explain the importance of don't-do-that, and M'Gann reacts badly to the implication that she's hiding her true form.
The team is sent off to prevent Queen Bee from taking over Qurac. There, they coincidentally meet Marie Logan, who played the title character in a old TV show, "Hello Megan", whose form M'Gann has been imitating. Confronted about this, M'Gann demonstrates what she says is her real appearance–bald, with different facial structure, like a green Martian. In fact, she's a white Martian, and looks decidedly different. At the end of the episode, Queen Bee blackmails her with this.
