Notes

This book doesn't seem terribly original, so far (beginning of Chapter 6), and it uses the tired device of some nameless figures discussing events at the beginning of each chapter, carefully avoiding giving any antecedents to their pronouns. But, it's not terribly long, either. I might finish this, some time.
