Sackett writes that the first draft of the script has been written by Allan Scott and Chris Bryant, so they're done with the project and the script is off for rewrites.
She also reports that Roddenberry is finishing the novelization of his rejected movie script, due out from Bantam late 1977. That book has never yet been published.
