The Talent Agency Fraud

Mr. Grady of Grady Talent Enterprises has told Lois that she has a career ahead of her on the stage and screen--if she pays for his services, of course. Lois is thrilled, but Clark--like Lois's other co-workers--is not so sanguine about the affair. They investigate, and find that Grady's operation is, indeed, a scam--he just makes money charging exorbitant fees for useless training.

As usual, Superman coerces a confession out of Grady by jumping around with him under his arm. This kind of physical threat isn't terribly heroic, in my opinion. Yeah, he's generally doing it to proper villains, but still.
