Without the Gardener's Craft

A sequel (or spin-off, as the note says) to Connie Faddis's "The Gardener's Craft", published in Candy Silver's zine, Energize!.

Kirk has lost his legs, and finds the prosthetics too difficult to use. He fears losing command of his ship, as he is unable to walk across a room. Spock comforts him.

I am not impressed by this.
