The Green Lantern

Shipping magnate R. J. Karns has been enslaving men with unfair contracts, paying them pennies a day, sending them to an island far off where they cannot contact home. GL hears of it and leads the workers in a rebellion. All together, they return the the US and tell the DA what Karns has been doing. Karns is tried, and, with a little help from GL, will surely be found guilty.

Scribbly and the Red Tornado

Now that people think the Red Tornado was a hoax (see the previous issue), crooks are going to be coming back. The Red Tornado disabuses them of this notion.
