Batman vs. Robin

Pretty good. Some action, some character development, some worldbuilding... a pretty nicely balanced film. The precise goals of the Court of Owls are a bit... abstract ("control everything!"), and plenty of things aren't really explained, but it's still a fun film. I wouldn't mind getting some more detail, though.
