The Flash

Summary: A ring of gamblers has been drugging the favorites in the Olympic tryouts for running, cleaning up on the bets. Jay enters, smokes them out, and convinces two responsible men to confess so that the gamblers may be brought to justice.

Notes: Jay is no longer a student.

Hawkman

Summary: Continuing from the previous issue. Ione is captured to be sold as a slave. Hawkman, too, is captured. Sheba, "queen of the desert", is interested in him, but he escapes and leads an army column to Sheba. A battle commences, and "so ends the cruel rule of Sheba".

Notes: Not a very good story.
