Summary: the Flash rescues a painter from assassination, then goes after the art collector (and thief) who had arranged to have him killed.

The Flash claims in this one that his "nervous reactions are twenty times faster than normal".

Hawkman

Summary: Hawkman protects a secret service agent, Ione Craig, from the agents of Hassan ibn Sadah, head of a group of assassins.

The Hassan ibn Sadah mentioned in the comic actually seems to refer to a real person.
