Hydrology Part 2: Infiltration

The investigation continues. Meanwhile, Cameron Chase, "a top agent in the Department of Extranormal Affairs", has her sights set on Batwoman. Batwoman contacts Batman for information, and he advises her to treat Chase as "a serious threat to [her] operations", explaining that she is "not driven by duty, but by hate." She will "tear down every woman in Gotham until she finds [Batwoman]."

When the comic closes, we see Batwoman being dragged underwater at the boathouse.
